love is a word used so loosely in society it can be hard to figure out what it even means and it can be especially hard to define when you are in the midst of trying to define yourself. join your hostess with the mostess, as she offers a lesson in love. what it is, what it isn't and everything in between! 

on this weeks episode, we discuss self-love and all that goes into it. by now (i hope) we recognize, self-love is more than bath bombs and face masks, but one thing I’ve always wondered is: can you practice holistic self-love if you don’t love your whole being for example…your hair? 

In october, we recognize mental health awareness month, and to mark our last episode of the 4th series, hostess with the mostess Chase Clark sheds some light on mental health through her eyes.
